Hola kids,
 
It is your friendly music promoter Huffman giving you your little reminder of all that is going for ads this week!  The weekend was eventful, my band played a show to a decently attended crowd. As a matter of fact, we now have a new website up for you kids into the loud stuff (www.MidwestMurderSociety.com)
 
However, I saw Resident Evil: Apocalypse and had to yell at a couple who made the mistake of bringing their two year old to the theatre. Now I love kids, kids are cool. However kids are not going to be cool when you take them to a dark theatre with flesh eating zombies running amok. I wonder what the parents logic was. After hearing the kid cry for a good five minutes I heard the contact of a hand hitting the poor kid. I went livid, And went on a rant in the middle of the theatre.  In the middle of my rant on how these people were terrible parents (yeah! I went there!) I heard a gentleman from the front row scream out "YEAHHH!!!" Much like Jason Mewes from "Clerks" (otherwise known as Jay to the peanut gallery.) However, I wasn't too impressed with Resident Evil 2. I like me some zombies (BRAINS!!!) BUT these zombies were tame, and I was never a fan of the video game. But I think Mila Jovavich likes to have a scene in every movie she does where she's in some container or lab and she's naked. I wonder if that scene got cut out of "Dazed and Confused."
